Cancellation Policies |
| Please note that, effective 01/01/2012 these new cancellation policies apply: |
"If you are no longer able to take your exam as scheduled, you must contact the SWE Office to cancel your registration no later than two (2) weeks prior to the exam date. The first reschedule request is gratis; additional rescheduling requests or those received less than two (2) weeks prior to the date are subject to rescheduling fees. Candidates who do not show for the exam, forfeit their original exam payment. Regardless of the number of times a candidate reschedules, candidates will have one (1) year from the date of the original exam in which to sit for the exam."
NO REFUNDS ON STUDY GUIDE MATERIALS - There cannot be any refunds on study materials, period. No exceptions.
For full refund requests a candidate will receive 50% of the total cost of registration MINUS any study guide materials granted the request is submitted 2 weeks before the date of the exam.
